New Math Program

Campbell is pleased to announce a new math program that combines both the best of the traditional and integrated programs.  From now on students will take Integrated Algebra 1, Integrated Geometry, and Integrated Algebra 2. The previous traditional series, Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2 is being phased out.  Additionally, the previous integrated series Integrated I, Integrated II, and Integrated III is also being phased out.  Students who are in these programs will complete their programs. All new students will take the Integrated Algebra 1, Integrated Geometry, and Integrated Algebra 2 series.  The math department and the school board are excited by this program and we look forward to your support.

Philosophy Statement

It is the intention of the core high school mathematics program to be an integrated mathematic program taught in a traditional sequence. The use of active inquiry and the development of problem-solving skills will be the focus of this program.
