Campbell High School Friends of Music

The Friends of Music (FOM) is a non-profit volunteer organization promoting music at CHS. Fundraising is done throughout the year through a variety of events. The money is then distributed in several ways such as scholarships awarded to seniors, assistance for music department trips, and equipment for the music department. A major undertaking this school year is fundraising to assist the band and chorus trip to Europe in April 2009.

FOM is comprised of an elected Board of Directors and general members willing to support the group’s endeavors. If you would like to become a FOM member, fill out a membership form and submit it with the $5 dues to any board member or to either Mr. Martin or Mrs. Deleault.

In need of a great Mother’s Day gift idea or just want some color and beauty in your garden?

The CHS Music Department Spring Hanging Flower Basket sale is going on now through April 16th.  This is held in conjunction with Shady Hill Greenhouse.

There are 3 varieties of plants available for sale:  impatiens, million bells and wave petunia.

All pots are 10 inches

Cost: $25 each; $10 of each plant sold goes to the individual student’s music account.

Please order by April 16th and orders must be pre-paid

Pick-up is May 7th

Please see a music student for your order form or contact the music department via email for an order form

Euros for Europe Containers

A number of area businesses have allowed us to place collection containers from which the monies will help defray the costs of the 2009 Europe trip. Thank you very much to all of those businesses who have our containers on display and thanks to all who contribute to them.
