The first of March will always be a special day in Litchfield. It will be a day that will always be marked as an appreciation day for volunteerism and thanks to Pat Jewett. Last evening members of the community all celebrated with Pat and her family. She was remember and honored for all of her contributions and volunteer hours in the community of Litchfield, as well as, her appointed positions in the community. Guest speakers included John Morey, Diane Jerry, Bo Schlichter, Chief O'Brion, Marion Godzik, Principal Laurie Rothhaus, Margaret Parent, Jason Hoch, Senator Donna Soucy, and Speaker Shawn Jasper. This special presentation would not have been possible without the effort and work Laura Gandia.

2015 YOUTH ART MONTH EXHIBIT will open Sunday, March 1st from 12:00-2:00p.m. at Plymouth University at the Silver Center.
The opening reception will have light refreshments, interactive art activities at the Art Gallery, tours of the PSU campus Art Studios, and New Hampshire Artist, Emile Birch will be available to meet families at the Gallery. Student work from Campbell High School students, Aleah Greene, Adam Champagne, Michael McSorley, and Christian L’Etoile will be on exhibit until April 10, 2015. The exhibit is open to the public weekdays 9:00am-5pm and on weekends 12:00-5:00pm (closed Easter 4/5).
